I started Serenity Mobile Massage with a straightforward idea: bring high-quality wellness services directly to people's homes across Boston. No commute, no waiting rooms, no hassle. Just premium service on their schedule, at their location.
Building Serenity from the ground up taught me everything about running a mobile service business in Boston. From recruiting and managing therapists, to routing logistics, to creating the kind of client experience that keeps people rebooking week after week.
"I kept hearing the same thing from clients: 'I wish I could get a personal trainer to come to my house like you do with massage.' That's when it clicked."
When I looked at the Boston personal training market, I saw the same problem I'd already solved in massage: the mobile experience was fragmented. Solo trainers hustling on Instagram, no consistency, no vetting, no centralized booking. Clients had no reliable way to find a certified, background-checked trainer who would show up at their door fully equipped and ready to go.
So I built Boston Elite Training. Applying everything I learned scaling Serenity to create a premium mobile personal training network. The same model that works: vetted professionals, seamless booking, clients matched to the right coach, and a service experience that feels effortless.

Where it all started
Launched Serenity Mobile Massage serving the North Shore and Boston area. Built the playbook for mobile wellness: recruiting therapists, managing schedules, creating a seamless client experience from booking to session.
Clients wanted more
Massage clients kept asking for personal training with the same mobile convenience. Research confirmed what we suspected: Boston had no branded, scalable mobile training network. The market was wide open.
Applying the playbook
Applied everything learned from Serenity (W-2 employment structure, professional vetting, centralized booking, and a premium client experience) to personal training. Boston Elite Training was born.

Now actively recruiting certified trainers and onboarding clients across 15+ Boston neighborhoods. Building the mobile training experience Boston deserves, one session at a time.
